Oregon Health Authority Plan of Correction

Unity Center has fully implemented the improvements to the physical environment, practices and procedures that were noted by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) in their Statement of Deficiencies.  The OHA accepted the revised Unity Center Plan of Correction on Monday, Sept. 24, 2018.

Staffing

As of Friday, September 28, 2018 we have cross-trained eleven Legacy Health RNs to create a backup resource pool of nurses available to support Unity Center.

Unity Center capacity

The average daily census at Unity Center for the last 7 calendar days is 73 patients. This number reflects a combined census for Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) and inpatient units.
