In this week’s update, learn more about recruiting efforts underway at Unity Center and the latest on the plan of correction submitted to the Oregon Health Authority to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff is our number one priority.
Oregon Health Authority Plan of Correction
Unity Center has submitted an updated Plan of Correction based on the October revisit survey and the plan was accepted as of October 19, 2018.
Staffing
Continue performing recruitment efforts. Currently interviewing and screening qualified candidates. This includes seven qualified RN candidates. There are currently 54 open positions, which includes 21 full-time positions.
Unity Center capacity
The average daily census at Unity Center for the last 7 calendar days is 83 patients. This number reflects a combined census for PES and inpatient units.
