In a press release dated November 1, 2018 the Oregon Health Authority announced it has recommended to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that the agency lift the “termination track” for Unity Center for Behavioral Health. The notification follows a three-day revisit of Unity Center by Oregon Health Authority surveyors on October 29, 30 and October 31, 2018. We are awaiting a determination from CMS and remain focused on the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
